At HAY ROOTS, every piece is designed with intention, attention to detail and carefully managed production. As an independent brand, we work with limited quantities and small-scale production runs.

For this reason, we would like to be transparent about our policy.

We do not accept returns due to a change of mind.

We kindly encourage you to review product descriptions, sizing information and details carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions, we will be happy to assist you before purchase.

✦ Exchanges

If you need a different size, you may request an exchange within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for an exchange:

• The item must be unworn, unused and in its original condition.

• Original tags and packaging must be included.

• Shipping costs associated with the exchange are the responsibility of the customer.

All exchanges are subject to product availability.

✦ Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

In these cases:

• We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

• A replacement or full refund will be offered at no additional cost.

We do not provide refunds for changes of mind.

Refunds will only be issued in cases where:
