Orders are processed within 7–10 business days before shipping. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days to Spain, 5–10 days across Europe and 10–15 days for international destinations.

We use on-demand production to help reduce overproduction and unnecessary stock. HAY ROOTS combines sustainable-minded clothing production with meaningful Armenian design made to be worn and kept over time.

Can I return or exchange my order?

We do not accept returns for change of mind, but size exchanges can be requested within 14 calendar days of delivery, provided the item is unworn and in its original condition. Exchanges are subject to availability and return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

Turn it inside out: Always turn the garment inside out before washing to help protect the printed design.
Use a gentle cycle: Avoid harsh washing cycles and excessive spinning.
Avoid bleach: Do not use bleach or aggressive chemical products.
Air dry: Let your garment dry naturally whenever possible. Avoid tumble drying and excessive heat.
Do not iron directly on the design: If ironing is necessary, turn the garment inside out and use low to medium heat.
Wash with similar colours: This helps preserve the original colour of your garment.
